Shipping and Delivery
Digital items are shipped instantly and should be received within no more than one hour of placing your order. Physical products are shipped within 3-5 business days from Maui, Hawaii, please allow additional time for shipping from the island.

Refunds
No refunds on digital products, including ebooks, audiobooks, audio recordings, or digital art. Refunds provided on physical products as follows: Must request refund and submit proof of damaged product within 30 days of the day the order was originally placed. Refunds at sole discretion of Lili Valente and Self Taught Ninja Inc. 

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. 

Limitation of Liability
Lili Valente (Self Taught Ninja Inc.)) and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Lili Valente (Self Taught Ninja Inc.)) and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
