A: After purchasing an ebook or audiobook, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel. This email will contain a link to access and download your ebook or audiobook.

For eBooks:

  • BookFunnel provides step-by-step instructions to download your ebook to your preferred device (such as Kindle, iPhone, Android, Nook, Kobo, or other e-reading devices).

For Audiobooks:

  • Audiobooks are available exclusively through the free BookFunnel app, which provides an easy and smooth listening experience. I love their audio quality too!

Follow these easy steps:

- Download the free BookFunnel app.

-Click the link in your BookFunnel confirmation email.

- In the BookFunnel app, tap “Send to Kindle”.

Alternatively, you can copy the code from your email, paste it into the BookFunnel app, and then tap “Send to Kindle.”

A: Our paperback books are professionally printed by Amazon and other trusted vendors. eBooks and audiobooks are meant for digital use only.

A: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you encounter any issues, please contact Bookfunnel customer support. They are experts at troubleshooting any issues with accessing your purchases and digital products.

A: Our digital products are for personal use only and are not transferable. Sharing or reselling the files is prohibited and violates copyright law.

A: Yes, we offer print versions of selected books. Please check the product page to see if a print version is available. There will be more options available in 2025, once Lili is in a place where she can store print titles.

A: Shipping times depend on your location. After you place your order, you will receive tracking information via email. Please keep in mind that Lili lives in Hawaii so all shipping times are a bit longer than on the mainland. The ocean is large...

A: Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your location. International shipping is very pricy, however, so please understand that is reflected in your quote.
